Shipping Policy
Here at ProRace we ship all our products to every state of Australia.

We always use a trackable service and the appropriate tracking numbers will be sent to the client in correlation of the order number. 


Return & Exchange Policy​

In the case that you find our product to be ‘not as ordered’ or damaged in any way we will replace the damaged product or part at no additional cost to you.

Please contact us via email ( sales@proraceapparel.com.au ) with your order number and details of your issues along with appropriate photos , and we will get it resolved for you right away.
If you are in need of a replacement, due to your product being worn or damaged from incorrect use, we do offer discounts of cheaper replacements from previous orders.

Please note that for all custom items are made to order, once the design process has begun, we cannot offer any refunds or returns.
